Lambie’s small target election strategy

At the end of the first week of the Tasmanian election campaign, it’s obvious Jacqui Lambie is hoping to run an ‘all placards, no policy’ campaign.

Ms Lambie is trying to get a foothold in the Coalition of Chaos by avoiding committing to a single policy, except to oppose the stadium... or has she backflipped on that?

Tasmanians deserve better.

Ms Lambie and her band of Corflute Candidates need to front up and tell Tasmanians what they stand for.

The Extreme Greens, her fellow travellers in the Campaign of Chaos, have at least begun to reveal their list of job destroying policies, including introducing a state-based Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.

Meantime, the Opposition continues to rack up uncosted and unfunded election promises, refusing to submit a single policy to independent Treasury officials for costing under the Charter of Budget Responsibility Act.

Only the Rockliff Liberal Team has a Strong Plan for Tasmania’s future.
